A doctor gives medicine for physical strength and an ashram gives meditation for mental strength. Having physical constraints, mind never concentrates on meditation. If you do a course in Dhyanamandali, it does give medication for physical fitness first followed by meditation for cleansing the mind. Guruji’s intellectual thinking proved successful in correlating “Science with Spirituality”, combining “Materialism and Spirituality” and compounding “Medication with Meditation”

In reality heads have designed their religions with good cause, but the followers are confined only to teachings, not concerned for harmony.
